Wanting experienced person to assemble and erect a 8x4.2x3.5 m colour bond shed. We have the kit ready to go.

Seeking a builder or tradesperson to Manage the upgrade of large shed, requiring concrete floor and lining of walls and ceiling.

I don't have a letter box, so I need a brickie, bricklayer or someone to: - Build the letter box from bricks including the concrete base and the brick-in stuff such as: metal sleeve, front and rear access - Cover the bricks letter box with cultured stone I don't have: - Bricks, so you can bring any color because it will be covered by the cultured stone anyway. - Concrete, gravel or sand - Cap. Will inform you about the cap color after agreeing on the task. Probably it will be black I HAVE: - Cultured stone - Brick-in metal letter box Requirements: - The dimensions should be like the one in the photo including the cultured stone. Means, the cultured stone should not add more size to the one in the photo - Stone should be laid similar to the attached photo. I purchased a fixer upper that is a heritage Victorian cottage in Ballarat. It needs lots of renovation and possible future extension. We are on a limited budget and plan to do as much work as possible as an owner builder. We need to draw a comprehensive plan with guidance to apply for council permit and mentoring in all aspects of building if possible. The overall plan is to do the work in stages. First would be to make it partially livable so we can move in. The initial stage will be fixing the existing building and changing some floor plan which will fit into the extension that will be built next. Lastly, a garage /work shop will be added at the back of the property with back laneway access. The 3 bed house needs new bathroom, kitchen and restumping, possible rewiring and new plumbing too. Some walls need to be taken down while new ones need to be erected. These are just some rough ideas. Please discuss with us for more details and help us clarify the ideas and bring them to life and become workable blueprints. Experience with heritage projects is highly desirable.
